Did you know that... regular hardening has a number of positive effects on the human body, such as improving fitness, sleep, the immune system or reducing wintering? Try the world-popular Wim Hof method, and under the supervision of an experienced expert in a wonderful environment near Prague. Together with instructor Jakub Chomát and other participants, you will be taught the necessary theory and practice. You will learn breathing techniques and even the dive into the ice vat itself.
How is the workshop going? Upon arrival, you can talk about the life and experience of Wim Hof, as well as about scientific research and sharing of personal experience as an instructor. Then there will already be time for breath work, stretching, and finally an ice bath. You will learn why and how the method is compiled, gain a basic understanding of scientific studies and try everything under the guidance of an experienced instructor.
With the help of conscious breathing, you optimize the ratio of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body, learn to relax body blocks and work more effectively with stress. And, of course, you will be able to try both a partial and a full body bath in ice water. Together, you will also go through the basic principles of habit building to make the benefits of hardening even better in your life
Relaxation of tension, mental and physical recharge of flashlights, safe but especially intense experience of overcoming oneself in a stressful situation. Relaxing techniques as a tool to support immunity, increase performance, creativity and overall vitality.

3. Limb dive into swimming pool + full body dive into ice water in habitat/ice pool according to season
